Participation
- Participation is possible for persons who are at least 12 years old in the calendar year 2023.
- Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any damage or injury to property and/or persons as a result of participation in the competition.
- It is not allowed to enter the competition instead of another. Each participant will receive a bib number in advance. This number must be attached to the chest and must be clearly visible during the competition.
Route
- The distance of each race is approximately 10 km.
- There will be water stations at 2.5km, 5km and 7.5km. Drinks will also be available at the start and finish.
- The route will be announced to the participants before the race. The organizer reserves the right to change the route due to circumstances.
- Participants must complete the route completely and alone. Guidance is not allowed.
Time registration
- Participants must behave in a sportsmanlike manner and must not hinder or block each other unnecessarily during the competition.
- The organizer measures the finish times and determines the finish order of the participants and reserves the right to adjust these results (times and order) after any inaccuracies.
- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entrants at any time before, during and after the competition. Disqualification may be the result of unsportsmanlike conduct, unfair conduct or failure to comply with competition rules.
Overall Championship
At each competition, the top 20 men and top 20 women are awarded points towards the overall championship.

The winners of the general classification are the man and woman with the most points after all competitions. In the event of an equal number of points, the highest finish places of the participants concerned will be considered.
Prizes
- The prizes will be announced to the participants before the competition.
- The organization may, if forced to do so against its will or by circumstances, replace any prize with a comparable and equivalent prize.
- The prizes will be awarded and handed over after the conclusion of the competition. Prizes that have not been collected may be collected from the organizer no later than one week after the competition.
- An awarded prize must be returned to the organizer as soon as possible in case of disqualification or change of results.
